How to delete your Lails account
Lails is a social app for nail technicians, made by Steve Hoang Nguyen.
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open Lails and log in.
- Go to the Profile tab → Settings → Delete account.
- Log in again to confirm it's you (password, Google or Apple), then type DELETE.
Your account is deleted straight away. "Delete account" is also on the sign-up screens, so you can leave before you finish signing up.
Can't open the app?
Email lailssupport@gmail.com from the email address you used for Lails, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your profile, profile picture, date of birth, area and city
- Your posts, photos, videos, comments, likes and follows
- Your Tám messages, listings, job ads, room ads and their photos
- Your Se duyên profile and photos, if you joined
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups of our database may keep copies for up to 7 days.
- Login records kept by our login provider (your email and IP address at sign-up and log-in) are not removed today; see the privacy policy.
- Banned accounts: a scrambled code of the email and Google or Apple account is kept so the same account can't sign up again.
See the full privacy policy.
